The 6th october 2005, the Green Key have signed a partnership with O'Hara , builder of mobilhomes.

The Green Key is now developed to hotels in France

The Green Key was created in Denmark by the hotel federation HORESTA in 1994, and adapted to french campsites by FEE-France.
The label is since February 2005 developed to french hotels.

Criteria were established first with HORESTA at international level, and then with UMIH at national level.

The international development

The Green Key is since 2002 the official 5th programme of FEE-international (41 countries). Already developed in 5 countries (Denmark, France, Sweden, Estonia and Lithuania), the label is spreading in others (Morocco, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Cyprus)

Tourbench project

The green key wishes to provide professionals a tool in order to campare their water, energy, waste and chemical consupmtion.
This tool is entirely automatised and on the internet will allow professional to know if their company consumes more thant its french or foreign collegues.
