CRITERIAEnvironmental management every day
The Green Key criteria were established at international level by the coordinations and then adapted to the French specificities by FEE France in collaboration with UMIH. Criteria are evolutional, and concern the following fields: - General environmental management: compliance with regulation, environmental policy, suppliers involvement - Waste management: reduction of amounts, sorting out of wastes - Water management: sewage system, follow of the meters, water saving equipments (showers, taps, WC), reasonable gardening - Energy management: follow of the meters, heated buildings isolation, use of renewable energy, energy saving light bulbs - Environmental Education: involvement of staff and of guests to the respect of nature and environment |
